Solving your own problem - A founders story

Miro Salem in the founder and CEO of 3TEN8.

3TEN8 were the standout team in the April - June 2014 Program that I led with Citrix.

Miro is a former LTE engineer and expert @ Ericsson and played a key technical role setting up and optimizing the first LTE networks in the US both with Verizon and AT&T. He started 3TEN8 to solve a problem that he experienced first hand as an LTE engineer. He wants to help LTE teams mange and optimize the performance of their LTE networks. Turns out this is currently a $76B market that is very inefficient.

During the program Miro & team were able to get two paying customers without writing a single line of code and later their Rev 1 software version was being used up 50 times a day by LTE engineers in the field.

Miro's ability to learn new concepts and then apply then to his business successfully are second to none that I have observed.

At the Innovators Program Demo Day Citrix announced that it would invested $250K in 3TEN8.
