3TEN8 is for Mobile Network Operations Executives and Managers, who need a transformational change in the efficiency of their network operations.
3TEN8’s network operations AI cognitive system, mimics human engineers, by self-learning from network sensor data across multiple networks, and environmental data, and uses collective intelligence to automate key network operations functions, as well as improve subscriber experience. By forecasting network degradations, outages and incidents, 3TEN8’s cognitive system can allocate resources to prevent it from happening. Unlike other vendors, 3TEN8 has no incentive in selling consulting services, an AI software is used instead.
Our goal at 3TEN8 is quite simple, and parallels that of cognitive computing, we want to simulate human thought processes in a computerized model. By using self-learning algorithms, data mining, pattern recognition and natural language processing, we are creating a system that will mimic the human brain, in this case, the brain of a wireless engineer.
Our goal is to automate wireless network management. This may seem audacious, but we have already made large strides in this direction. Notably, we have been able to predict/forecast, network degradations (before they have an impact on any subscriber), on a large Tier-1 operator's network.
Our unique backgrounds, and deep industry experience in wireless engineering, data science, big data, as well as cognition, and neuroscience, have afforded us unique positioning in the industry. As mentioned earlier, we have secured one Tier-1 contract, and are closing a second. Additionally, we have made technological advances that have excited us about the future of network management and operations; a future where one system, will act as the brain of wireless networks, predicting, diagnosing, and resolving network issues, before they are ever felt by a subscriber, creating the optimal customer experience.
Mobile network operations are incredibly inefficient. These increasingly complex mobile networks are managed by manual, and rule-based systems. The current solution, is to throw more bodies at the problems, shrinking margins and creating an unsustainable business model. These problems are only getting bigger, 5G deployments (i.e., IoT and machine type communications), are projected to add billions of new devices to these networks, increasing the complexity of managing networks. Needless to say, this is a lot of data, and although efforts have been made to store this data in Big Data solutions, little has been done to innovate operations.
